At DWG Plans East Midlands, we understand that embarking on a new architectural project can be both exciting and daunting, which is why we strive to make the process as seamless as possible for you.

From our initial discussions to the final plans, we ensure that every detail is tailored to your vision and needs

Do I need planning permission?

Not always! Many developments or extensions fall under “Permitted Development.” We’ll assess your project and advise whether a full planning application is necessary or if a Lawful Development Certificate is the best route for peace of mind.

Can you help with planning applications?

Yes! We can handle the entire submission process, including preparing drawings, forms, and liaising with the local planning department on your behalf.

Do you need to visit the property?

Ideally, yes. It’s the best way to complete a full survey which enables creation of accurate drawings for submission. The survey would normally take 1-2 hrs.

However, we can work from your sketches, photos and dimensions if necessary.
